By accessing the website, you agree to our terms and conditions, and we therefore ask that you carefully read the terms before further use.
We reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. Changes will be notified by updating “last updated” on the site. You are responsible for staying up to date on these terms and conditions.

The website and its content are owned and operated by B Passion and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright and database right laws. All content on the website is the exclusive property of B Passion and is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. The website and all content such as trademarks, company names, product names, images, audio, video and graphics, design, text, layout, and information about products, services, and other content are protected by international copyright and authors’ rights laws. The content is reserved and cannot be copied or used without the prior written consent of B Passion.

Your use of our services
No part of the services and no content or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
If we grant you permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our services or content, you must identify us as the owner or licensor of the services, content, or marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our content.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the services, content, and marks.
Any branch of these intellectual property rights will constitute a material breach of our legal terms, and your right to use our services will terminate immediately.
All purchases made through the website are intended for noncommercial use only and by placing an order you confirm that you are an end consumer. Upon suspicions of you purchasing for commercial use, B Passion reserves the right to request proof of you being an end consumer and to deny or cancel your order until such proof has been provided by you.

Orders and customer data/ Contracts and orders
The customer must accept the general terms and conditions to place an order through the website. By accepting the general terms and conditions you agree to have read the information on personal data and cookies and consent to the user according to B Passion’s Privacy Policy set forth here.
A purchase is completed when B Passion has confirmed the order and the customer has received a confirmation by email. We recommend you save the order confirmation for any further contact.
By placing an order on bpassion.no you confirm that you are over the age of 18. In accordance with Norwegian law, B Passion does not accept purchases from persons below 18 years of age. We reserve the right to deny or change a customer’s order if the information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Please ensure you have read and understand the terms before placing an order.
You will be given the opportunity to review your selected products, the information you have provided, the total price of your order, and correct any errors before placing your order. Note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been accepted by us.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, the selection of products in your shopping bag may be lost.

Delivery and shipping
You will receive a notification of delivery containing details about delivery time and pick-up point by email or SMS. B Passion cannot guarantee delivery within a given date due to delays in customs or other factors. If the package is not picked up in time, it will be returned. In this case, the customer will not be refunded for the shipping cost of both ways.
B Passion is a small business and is unable to cover the costs of items being lost in transit or offer refunds towards items that are marked as delivered/ signed for according to the tracking number. If a delivery is delayed, shipping will not be refunded.

Prices, fees, and payment
The prices are presented in NOK and do not include VAT or payment- and shipping fees.

Contribution License
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.
You are solely responsible for your contributions to the services, and you expressly agree to exonerate us from all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your contributions.

User data
B Passion processes certain data that you transmit to the services for the purpose to manage the best site performance for our customers and to carry out the purchase agreement. It is your responsibility to confirm that the information you enter is accurate and complete. The customer log-in details should be private, and the customer is responsible to notify B Passion if any unauthorized person has obtained access to the customer’s log-in details. B Passion reserves the right to block the customer's access to its user account if suspicious activity, such as abuse of the user account or violation of the general terms and conditions, occurs.
Although we perform regular routine data backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any data. You hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any loss or corruption of such data.
Links
B Passion may provide links to other websites beyond our policies' control. We attempt to ensure that we only provide links to websites with similar security- and data provisions as bpassion.no. However, B Passion is not responsible for any protection or confidentiality of information or personal data that the customer provides on other websites.

Force majeure
Any delays (directly or indirectly) caused by circumstances beyond B Passion’s control is not our liability. Cases of “force majeure” are e.g., general labor dispute, fire, lightning, changed governmental orders, interruption of transport, acts of war, embargo, riots, inclement weather, technical problems, communicational defects, and any case outside of B Passions control.
Corrections
There may be information on the webpage that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update or change the information on the website at any time without prior notice.
Miscellaneous
These terms and any policies posted by B Passion on this website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These terms operate by law, and we may assign all our rights and obligations to others at any time. You agree that these terms will not be construed against us by having drafted them. You hereby waive the defenses you may have on the electronic form of these terms and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these terms.
Please note that nothing in these general conditions affects your mandatory statutory rights under applicable local laws to the extent that these rights apply to the customer and cannot be limited or excluded.
Dispute resolution and applicable law
The Norwegian law shall apply to all parties of these delivery and payment terms.
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute brought by eighter you or us, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate. Dispute arising out of connection with these terms and conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by the international commercial arbitration court under the EU-commissions platform mediation for disputes. Disputes attempt to be resolved without court involvement.
Restrictions
The parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. To full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for a dispute to be arbitrated on a class- action basis or to utilize class action procedures; (c) there is no right for dispute to be brought in a purposed representative capacity on behalf of the public or any other persons.
