Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please continue reading for more information on our return policy.

Delivery

 

Delivery has occurred once the Purchaser or his/ her representative has taken possession of the item.

If the delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the Seller shall deliver the good to the Purchaser within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The good shall be delivered to the Purchaser unless other, special arrangements are made between the parties.

Returns

 

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of the receipt. The return is paid for by the customer. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached. Return the item in the same packaging as received.

To return an item, simply follow these three steps:

 

  1. Reach out to us at return@bpassion.no to obtain the return label. 

  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label firmly. Make sure the return label is visible on the package. Return through your local postal service.

  3. When we have received the returned package and confirmed its condition, a refund will be issued to you.

 

Note that customized items are not returnable unless otherwise stated in the information about the product.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

 

Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Damage items

Please note, we only accept returns of items which are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period of time. Our strive is to redesign pieces you can use and wear for years to come. Each item is carefully redesigned with patient and love. If the quality goals are not meet please reach out to us at return@pbassion.no. and give a thorough explanation of fault. In such cases we pay the return costs.

If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@bpassion.no. Please include the following information if you have a complaint about your purchase:

  • Date for purchase

  • Order reference number

  • Full name, address, and phone number
